TRAVEL TIPS

Glico Illuminated Billboard - Tourist spot

From Ebisubashi, you'll catch a glimpse of the famous Glico billboard. Since its initial construction, the large neon sign has been a landmark of the city and is a highly popular tourist spot in Osaka. After crossing the bridge, you will see many people striking the familiar Glico Man pose – with both arms and one leg raised – and taking pictures.

Amerikamura - Culture

The nearby Nishi-Shinsaibashi area (commonly referred to as "Amerikamura") is a place to learn about Osaka subculture. It is a place where young people gather, showing you a totally different side of Osaka.

Dotonbori

At “Dotonbori,” an area of culinary indulgence, you can fully savour every part of Osaka's food culture. Simply enjoy a sampled meal of "kona-mon" (flour-based foods), epitomised by takoyaki (octopus dumplings), okonomiyaki (savoury pancakes) and Osaka udon (thick wheat noodles).
