The esteemed and prestigious Leica European European Publishers’ Award for Photography is given each year for completed and unpublished photography projects in book format of the highest caliber.

The first Leica Gallery was founded in Wetzlar in 1976 (now in Solms), followed by additional galleries in New York, Tokyo, Frankfurt, Istanbul, Vienna and Salzburg.
