Our passion for ambitious photography is evident in every element of the newly opened Leica Camera Store in Solms, Germany. Impressive large-format photographs from a fashion shoot in Havana taken with the Leica S2 grace the reverse walls of the product display cases - each set at a different position within the store.
Stand in a specific spot and suddenly the different images merge into one enormous and impressive picture. Typical Leica: even these large-format enlargements glow with brilliant image quality.

A comprehensive, in-depth two-hour tour of the Leica factory in Solms brings you up closeand personal to the heart of Leica's manufacturing. Get to know the world of Leica and the creation process behind a Leica product, take a look at lens production, camera assembly, and the production of binoculars.
Factory tours take place on request and require reservations. They are a service of Leica Camera AG, and are free of charge.

A Unique Facility: In the factory foyer you will find the complete "Leica Camera Family Tree".

Showcases and the Leica Gallery, situated in the reception hall, can be visited without prior appointment (Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00 and Saturday 9:00 - 14:00).
