A comprehensive, in-depth two-hour tour of the Leica factory in Solms brings you up closeand personal to the heart of Leica's manufacturing. Get to know the world of Leica and the creation process behind a Leica product, take a look at lens production, camera assembly, and the production of binoculars.
Factory tours take place on request and require reservations. They are a service of Leica Camera AG, and are free of charge.

A Unique Facility: In the factory foyer you will find the complete "Leica Camera Family Tree". In addition, there are unique and fascinating Leica models with an adventurous history displayed, experimental samples from the design offices, prototypes, copies and historical models from the Leitz/Leica companies.

Showcases and the Leica Gallery, situated in the reception hall, can be visited without prior appointment (Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00 and Saturday 9:00 - 14:00).
