Charge for rejected cost estimate

As from May 1, 2008, a charge of EUR 40 plus VAT will be made in cases where the cost estimate is rejected and the product is returned unrepaired. This charge for each repair order covers the cost of administration, inspecting the product, packing, return shipment and insurance.

New delivery terms for spare parts and accessories

  • The minimum order value for spare parts is EUR 20. We regret that we cannot handle orders worth less than this amount.
  • A small-volume purchase markup of EUR 20 will be charged for orders worth less than EUR 50.
  • A charge of EUR 5 will be made for postage. From an order value of EUR 250 deliveries will be made free of charge.
