Luiz Marinho - winner of the Grand Prix award

Leica Camera AG would like to congratulate Luiz Marinho, Representative of the Leica Gallery Sao Paulo, on winning the Grand Prix award, the highest accolade presented annually at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. ‘100’, the award-winning work in the supreme discipline Film, created and entered by the agency F/NAZCA Saatchi & Saatchi Brazil, was produced in 2014 on the occasion of the ‘100 years of Leica photography’ anniversary. ‘It's a nearly perfect piece of filmmaking,’ said head juror Tor Myhren, praising the film at the award ceremony at the end of June 2015 in Cannes.
